The coating is formulated to protect the cutting edge from the high temperatures generated when routing laminated and composite wood products, such as Melamine. In test results the coating increased tool life by 2.5 times in Melamine. The 2 Flute geometry is design for ¾’’ thick material with best results on CNC Router at 18,000 RPM at 650-750 Inch’s per Minute
